📦 Shipping Charges
- Delivery Charges: Shipping will be charged at ₹70 per kg based on the total weight of the order. If the total weight exceeds 7 kg, a flat shipping charge of ₹500 will be applicable (All India).
- Large Package Charges: If the ordered items are bulky or the weight is significantly high, shipping charges will be communicated separately based on the situation and will be applicable accordingly.
Note: Shipping charges are inclusive of all applicable taxes and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
🕒 Delivery Timeline
We aim to process and deliver your order swiftly:
- Standard Delivery Time: 7 working days from the date of order confirmation (within India).

Possible Delays: Deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Government restrictions
- Regional lockdowns or curfews
- Natural calamities
- Public holidays or unforeseen logistical issues
In case of a delay beyond the stipulated timeline, the concerned Associate/Preferred Customer will be notified. If the associate chooses to continue with the order, it will be fulfilled accordingly.
📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly advise:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Immediately contact our Customer Support at 📞 +91 89890 00180 or email us at 📧 support@shrijivedanta.com, mentioning your Order Number.
We will initiate a replacement or resolution at the earliest.
❗ Post-Delivery Complaints
- Any complaints related to your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Complaints received after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
